Angela Filer VRS for the Northwest Region is the Organizer for this test. She will be in contact with candidates that sign up through the National National Website. If you plan on taking this test and have signed up through the USPC National Website, please fill out the below registration form.

There will be a 3% Charge for using PayPal which is reflect in the fee. You may mail a check prior to the testing.
