2020 USPC Equine Symposium & Convention - Seattle

The USPC Equine Symposium is coming to Seattle! The NW Region is excited and gearing up to make a great experience and show off our beautiful region.

We are asking ALL pony clubs of our region to help. 

The Head Chairs or each area are:

Volunteer Coordinator: Tricia Stewart  If you would like to help in any of the areas but not sure where you might be needed, contact Trish. She would love to have you and your club come help and there is plenty to do.

Registration: Michele Moser .  We need friendly people to volunteer and welcome our visitors to the symposium. There will be shifts to fill. This is a very important area that will need lots of people to help out. 

Speakers for Workshops: Ann Sheideler   If you are interested in being a speaker at the symposium, please contact Ann for information about how to apply. If you KNOW someone who you think would be a great speaker have them contact Ann. Deadlines are the 1st of July for submissions of a Bio and topics of interest.

Vendors: Dawn Milne (Inland Empire RS) If you are interested in being a vendor for the 2020 Symposium please contact Dawn for application and prices. 

Silent Auction: Christy Loe .  We would love your contributions and for the silent auction. A great way to generate money for the Region. Do you have a time share, can you give a clinic, gift items, artwork? Those are just a few ideas, what can you come up with for the silent auction? Let Christy know about it.

Desert Dash: Cindy Jason is your contact person for Desert Dash on Saturday night. The Clubs are asked to provide a great looking, and tasting desert which will be auctioned off during the banquet dinner.

Publicity: Megan Hartness . Can you help publicize the the Symposium? Contact your local IEA, 4-H clubs, WaSet, tack shops, local papers.
